5:30 - 6:30 PM Escalona Duo
The Escalona Duo formed in September of 2012 with violinist Miran McPoland and cellist Heather Walkover. Miran McPoland studied violin and music education at Willamette University, and Heather Walkover studied cello and music education at University of the Pacific. The duo performs a variety of music, with an emphasis on classical performance. Both currently work as music teachers with YOSAL, Youth Orchestra of Salinas.
